PAYMENT AND PRICE
The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our suppliers’ prices, changes in currency, bank or shipping rates and charges, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.
All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery charges which will be payable as indicated at the time of placing your order.

PAYMENT METHODS
On the order you must provide us with your exact billing and shipping address, telephone number and email address. Make sure the email address you use is valid as we need this address to confirm the order process to you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once the advance payment has been properly received. When placing the payment order, all the information (IBAN, BIC, SWIFT etc.) must be given precisely, as incorrect bank account information may lead to applying higher bank charges and delays. In such a case, we are entitled to charge you incurred extra cost before shipping goods.

AVAILABILITY OF GOODS
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.

DELIVERY CHARGES
We charge a shipping cost based on the total weight and size of your order. The rate applied will vary based on the delivery location (Europe, U.S. and Canada, and Rest of World). You will be given an accurate shipping cost prior to confirming your order.

DELIVERY TIMES
Our orders are processed and dispatched from the Czech Republic using normal postal services. We are unable to give specific delivery dates but, providing the products you have ordered are in stock, we aim to deliver your order within 7 days of receiving the confirmation email that your order has been dispatched if you live in Europe. Orders outside Europe may take longer.
If we or our suppliers are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this position and give you the choice of putting your order on hold until new stock arrives, cancelling and being refunded, or choosing other products of equal value.

DAMAGED, FAULTY, LOST AND INCORRECT GOODS
As soon as we have delivered the goods to your address you will be responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order. From the time of delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk.
In the event of any transit damage to the goods, claim must be filled with the postal service prior to acceptance of the goods. In case of shortages or incorrect goods supplied, we must be notified within 7 days of you receiving the products.

PRODUCT GUARANTEES
The products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the Manufacturer's Guarantee. This guarantee will most likely exclude faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse.

OTHER
You will own the goods once we have received your payment in full. Failure by us to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without prior notice to you.
